Shipping, Delivery & Returns
We ship all packages by United States Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate and smaller items can also be shipped by First Class Mail. We alo now offer UPS as well. Generally speaking, Priority Mail is twice as fast as UPS and half the cost for the size of parts we ship. 1-3 days for the US and around 7-14 days for international shipments. When we invoice and ship your order, you will get an automated update by e-mail that will have your tracking information. If you require an alternate shipping
method, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you. The information below is a general guide as combinations of parts may push the order size to the next level.
United States Priority & First Class mail 1-3 Day Delivery with Tracking
- First Class (under 14 oz up to 14" in length)
- Small* sized orders that fit in a Flat Rate Padded envelope are $8
- Medium** sized orders are $14
- Large*** sized orders are $48
International Shipments by Priority mail 7-14 Day Delivery with Tracking
- Small* sized orders are $28-$36
- Medium** sized orders are $48-$78
- Large sized orders are $118-$148
* Any order that does not include brake rotors, brake lines, Shocks, racks, or fork springs etc
** Any order that includes brake rotors or fork springs, luggage etc
*** Large Stock orders etc
Returns: No return authorization is required. Simply send the part back with a note and we will take care of it or contact you if we need more info.
Warranty, We are pretty basic here, if the part is not performing to your expectations, that's not good and we want to make it right. Just give us a shout or send an e-mail and we'll work it out.
